1) What is the difference of FREE size and L, XL, XXL, XXXL clothing?
FREE size means there is only 1 size available and can fit from petites to plus due to large cutting or design of the cloth. You can refer to the max stretch of the items on each individual blog post.
L,XL, XXL, XXXL is the exact size of the item and measurements are provided on each individual blog post

2) How do I convert inches into cm?
1 inch = 2.54cm

3) If I make payment today, how soon can I receive my item?
a) Posting is done every Monday - Latest payment to be made by Sunday 6pm, Wednesday - Latest payment to be made on Tuesday 6pm and Fridays - Latest payment to be made on Thursday 6pm
b) Arrival date of parcel depends on the postage type and where u stay
c) Postlaju - 1 working day : Melaka, 2 working day : outstation include Sabah & Sarawak, 4 working days : Brunei and Singapore
d) Post express - 1 to 2 working days : Klang Valley, 2 to 3 working days : outstation, 3 to 5 working days : Sabah & Sarawak

Example :

If payment is made on Friday 10.30am, item will only be posted out on Monday and you will receive your item according to the estimated arrival dates above

4) Can I exchange or get refund if the item I purchased cannot fit me?
Yes, this request can be reviewed on a case to case basis for regular customers 

5) Can I make wholesale order with you and can I use your photos for my own business?
Yes, wholesale purchase is applicable for any mix of 20 items on my blog and you are welcome to use the photos as they are clean and not watermarked. Please send your wholesale request to

6) How can I know which items is still available and which is sold out?
I update my blog status everyday so for easier viewing, u may click the available button tabs on the right hand side of my blog to view all available items for sale

7) How can I arrange FOC postage / self pick up?
Self pick up is an FOC option open for wholesale purchase only. Fastest postage method is still via postlaju or post express

8) Are you responsible for lost parcels?
No, Plusize Closet cannot take responsibility for lost parcels if tracking system and confirmation from post malaysia shows that item has been successfully delivered but I will be responsible to submit last parcel report to Post Malaysia

9) Is all your items sold on your blog ready stock?
Yes, I do not practice pre-order system. Thus, all items under available status is ready stocks and is ready to post out as soon as possible according to the fixed postage days upon receipt of payment

10) Can I get exchange / refund if the items is torn / hole?
Yes confirmed! Items sold are meant to be in perfect condition, thus if you have received an item which is torn / hole, please email the defective item picture for immediate refund / replacement

11) How can I be sure when u made the delivery of my parcel?
All delivered items will have a tracking code from post express and postlaju.  You can track your parcel from
http://www.pos.com.my/ or you can call 1-300-300-300 directly if you still have not received your parcel according to the estimated arrival dates above

12) Do you blacklist MIA buyers?
No I do not. Although I do not encourage back out buyers, I do understand that due to budget constraint or change of mind, MIA buyers do exist and JPS practices the slogan "customers is always right"

13) If I am not sure of my size and what size to buy, can I get advice from you?

14) How often do you update new items?
I update new items 1 to 2 times per week

15) If the items is sold out, can you restock?
Yes, I will continue to restock until supplier has run out of stocks

16) I understand that your std reservation period is 2 days (48hours) but can I make payment later than date?
I will try my best to hold on the items for u longer than 2 days if you have sent in special request for late payment before the 2 days reservation period is up but I do hope to have your kind understanding that priority goes to the fasted payment

17) I understand that COD services are not available at this time but if I really cannot accept postage, would you be able to COD?
yes, but Melaka only

18) Is Plusize Closet a dependable seller?
a) Yes, I take full responsibility that all paid items must be delivered to customer on time according to the stipulated postage days and also items that do not meet the buyer's quality standard will be refunded in full or exchanged with other item.
b) I cannot promise the exact date on when the parcel can reach you as I do not personally deliver the items myself. This service is dependable on Post Malaysia system
c) I cannot promise you fast delivery if the payment is not is before the stipulated posting date payment dead-line

EXAMPLE :

If you request for Sat arrival of your  items but payment only made on Friday, I can only post out for u on Monday and not Friday, thus you can only receive your items on Tuesday

19) If I make payment of RM50 to you and the total is only RM46, how do you refund back the RM4 back to me?
I prefer to arrange online transfer back to you as sometimes cash can be found missing in parcels especially post express option. Thus, if you have made payment whereby there is a refund to be expected, please email your account no details for me to arrange refund together with your payment details
